Shipping & Pick up
We are super happy that you've find an item (of preferable more;)) that you love and wish to receive!
We can offer you two different ways to receive your beloved package. Please find all the info below.

One option is sending via postal service.
After placing your order, you'll receive an automated order confirmation from us. We try to package and send your order within 3, to maximum 5 workdays.
We work with Bpost for the delivery of our packages. As soon as Bpost receives your packaged order from us, you'll also receive a confirmation from them via e-mail, together with a track & trace code that you can use to follow your order.
If you didn't receive your package within 10 days after confirmation by us, it's likely something has gone wrong. In case that happens, we'd like you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try our best to find out where your package is.

Free shipping on orders over € 95,00 in Belgium and over € 150,00 for all other contries in Europe.
2. OFFICE PICK UP
The second option is to pick up your package at our office. This goes without shipping costs. In case you choose this option, please contact us at email@example.com or call/whatsapp at +32467000450 to set up an appointment.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. This means your order was received in our system. Disclaimer: this doesn't mean your package is ready for pick-up at the office. Once you made the appointment, you'll receive an e-mail about that later on.
If you decide at home that you want to return your package, you can return it to the office for free. You can do this for maximum 21 days after you initially picked it up. You can also return the package (at your own cost) via postal service. For this, we refer you to our return policy.
