Did you order the wrong size or are you not completely satisfied with your order? It is possible to return your order. You can find the different options and conditions below.
Please do not try to order and send back too often. We try to keep it as sustainable as possible.
- You have to return your package within 21 days after you received it. You can return it by postal service or return it at our office.
- The items have to be unworn and undamaged, with the original labels still attached. Swimwear should be tried on wearing proper underwear.
- Shoes have to be returned in the undamaged box.
- Items with traces of use will not be accepted. If you find traces of use on your received items or your item got dammaged during transport, you should let us know as quick as possible via email@example.com.
There are two ways to return your package. You have the option to send it back via postal service (at your own cost), or you can return your package to our office.Return via postal service
When you choose to return your package via postal service, you're responsible for the charges yourself. Make sure the items are packaged properly, together with the return form that you received with your order. You can also find the return form at the bottom of our page. Go to your postal office of choice and send your package to the following address:
Only in case of an incorrect order, Restrived will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be paid within 21 days after receiving your package. In case that didn't happen, we'd like you to contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org, or call or Whatsapp us on +32467000450.

Returning your package to our store can happen up until 21 days after receiving or picking up your package. This is a possibility for both customers who received their order via postal service or office pick up. We'll refund the complete cost within 21 days.
